Board Member
Adam brings extensive experience in governance, legal and corporate affairs. Prior to retiring from full-time work, he served as Group Executive Governance & Sustainability at one of South Australia's largest private companies. In this role, he held executive responsibility for legal, company secretarial, risk and compliance, as well as environment and sustainability functions.
Adam holds degrees in Law and Economics and has more than 35 years' experience spanning private legal practice and in-house executive roles across a range of industries, including infrastructure, ports and logistics, banking and finance, and funds management. He also served as Chair of the South Australian Council of the Governance Institute of Australia in 2014 and 2015.
Adam is proud to contribute to the work of the CFS Foundation and to support the important assistance it provides to CFS volunteers and their families.
