Rob has dedicated more than 54 years to the South Australian Country Fire Service, serving in every elected operational leadership position from Senior Firefighter to Group Officer and gaining extensive Incident Management experience.
With more than 30 years of executive leadership and board experience in the not-for-profit sector, Robert previously served as both Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of the CFS Foundation. As a Foundation Ambassador, he is a strong advocate for the wellbeing of CFS volunteers, with a particular focus on mental health and occupational cancer awareness.
